A commercial real estate developer in San Diego, CA, Elliot Feuerstein brings considerable experience to his role as an officer with Mira Mesa Shopping Center. Away from his professional responsibilities, Elliot Feuerstein gives back to the community in his capacity as a patron of organizations such as the La Jolla Music Society.

Founded as the Musical Arts Society of La Jolla in 1941, the La Jolla Music Society has earned a reputation for commissioning innovative original works while enhancing the cultural environment of the San Diego area. Early in its existence, the organization performed in the auditorium of a local high school. Now, nearly 80 years after its establishment, it will be moving into a new home.

In early 2019, the Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center (“The Conrad”), will open to the public. Featuring a 500-seat concert hall and an expansive multipurpose space, The Conrad will host both La Jolla Music Society performances and public events. Epstein Joslin Architects, Inc., an architectural firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts, designed the center. Moreover, to offer the public the best listening experience, the society hired the world-renowned acoustics expert, Yasuhisa Toyota of Nagata Acoustics America, to design the facility’s acoustics.
