Elliot Feuerstein has served as an officer of Arnold Construction Company since 1974 and guided a diversity of retail shopping center developmental projects in Southern California. Overseeing all aspects of construction, Elliot Feuerstein also has managed security and maintenance once projects are successfully completed. Shopping centers completed and successfully sold include Mesa Shopping Center, which at the time featured McDonalds, Alpha Beta, Pay Less Drug Store, and San Diego Trust and Savings Bank as major tenants.
Since 1982, Mr. Feuerstein has maintained operations at Mira Mesa Shopping Center West, which encompasses tenants such as Target, Starbucks, Big 5 Sporting Goods, and Citibank. His aim is to operate the properties in good condition.
Mr. Feuerstein’s work has extended to volunteer efforts on the Sharp Hospital’s Foundation Board, through which he worked to raise funds toward the building of a major hospital addition. Elliot Feuerstein also has had a leadership role in raising capital funds toward the construction of La Jolla’s Congregation Beth Israel.
